For example:

• Start with 50.
• Move the digits one step to the right → 5.
• So, 50 ÷ 10 = 5. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Say we have 80 candies, and we want to share them equally among 10 friends. What do we do?

Take the number 80, move the digits one step to the right, and voilà—you get 8!

Each friend gets 8 candies. Sweet success! 🍬
