Math Magic Time!

What We’ve Learned So Far:

First comes counting, then comes adding, and finally subtracting. Counting is like hopping on stones in a river—one, two, three, splash! Adding means putting things together. If you have 2 apples and I give you 3 more, now you have… five yummy apples! Subtraction means taking away. Taking away means less! If you had 5 cookies but ate 2, how many are left? That’s right—three sweet treats!

Let’s Try This Together:

Imagine you have 4 toy cars. Your friend gives you 3 more. How many toy cars do you have now?
