Understanding Place Values
Every digit in a number has a special place and value!
Numbers are like secret codes where each digit's position tells us how much it's worth.
The rightmost digit is in the ones place, then comes tens, hundreds, and thousands as we move left.
How to Identify Place Values
1️⃣ Start from the right - that's the ones place
2️⃣ Move left to find tens, then hundreds, then thousands
3️⃣ Remember: Each step left makes the digit 10 times more valuable!
