What Are Fractions?
Fractions are like sharing your favorite things!
When we divide something into equal parts, each part is a fraction. The top number (numerator) tells how
many parts we have, and the bottom number (denominator) tells how many equal parts the whole is divided
into.
Understanding Fractions

2️⃣ If you eat 1 slice, you've eaten 1/4 of the pizza
3️⃣ If you eat 2 slices, you've eaten 2/4 (or half) of the pizza
