What Does It Mean to Put Numbers in Order?
Putting numbers in order means arranging them in a sequence from smallest to biggest (ascending) or biggest to smallest (descending).
Just like lining up your toys from shortest to tallest or organizing your crayons from lightest to darkest color, we can do the same with numbers! This helps us understand how numbers relate to each other.
How to Put Numbers in Order
1️⃣ Look at all the numbers you need to arrange
2️⃣ Find the smallest number to start your sequence
3️⃣ Find the next bigger number until all numbers are in order
