What is Subtraction?
Subtraction is when we take things away to find out how many are left.
Imagine you have 5 cookies and you eat 2. How many cookies are left? That's subtraction! We use the minus sign (-) and the equals sign (=) to write subtraction problems.
How to Subtract

2️⃣ Take away the number you're subtracting
3️⃣ Count how many are left - that's your answer!
