Did you know we use grams and kilograms to measure how heavy things
are?
Grams are great for small things like candies or paperclips, while kilograms are better for bigger
things like books or bags of flour. There are 1,000 grams in 1 kilogram - that's a lot of grams!
How to Convert Between Grams and Kilograms
1️⃣ Remember: 1 kilogram = 1,000 grams
2️⃣ To change kilograms to grams: multiply by 1,000
3️⃣ To change grams to kilograms: divide by 1,000
