How to Write Numbers in Words

1️⃣ 0-12: These have special names (zero, one, two... twelve)

2️⃣ 13-19: End with "teen" (thirteen, fourteen... nineteen)

3️⃣ 20-99: Start with tens word (twenty, thirty...) then ones word (twenty-one, thirty-two...)

4️⃣ 100: Just "one hundred"

47 is written as "forty-seven"!

Remember: "forty" (not fourty) + "seven" = forty-seven

Example 2: Write "eighty-three" as a number

"eighty-three" is the number 83!

Break it down: eighty (80) + three (3) = 83
