Subtraction Basics
Subtraction means taking away or finding the difference between numbers.
There are many ways to solve subtraction problems. Today we'll practice counting back, using objects, and number lines - all with numbers up to 10!
Three Ways to Subtract
1️⃣ Counting Back: Start with the bigger number and count backwards
2️⃣ Using Objects: Take away physical items to see the difference
3️⃣ Number Line: Jump backwards on the line to find the answer
