Parent Tips 🌟

  • Use everyday objects: Practice subtraction with toys, snacks, or household items to make it tangible and fun.
  • Make it a game: Play "store" where your child is the cashier giving back change, or "restaurant" where they subtract eaten food from plates.
  • Encourage drawing: Have your child draw pictures to represent subtraction problems - crossing out items helps visualize the concept.
