What Do A.M. and P.M. Mean?
Time is divided into two parts: A.M. and P.M.!
A.M. means "ante meridiem" - that's Latin for "before midday." It's the time from midnight to noon!
P.M. means "post meridiem" - Latin for "after midday." It's the time from noon to midnight!
How to Tell A.M. from P.M.
1️⃣ A.M. is for morning times (when the sun rises)
2️⃣ P.M. is for afternoon and evening times
3️⃣ Nighttime is also P.M. (after 6:00 P.M.)
