Quadrilaterals are four-sided shapes that are all around us!
From the rectangular screens we watch to the square tiles we walk on, quadrilaterals are everywhere.

How to Classify Quadrilaterals
1️⃣ Count the sides - All quadrilaterals have exactly 4 sides
2️⃣ Check the angles - Are they all right angles? Any obtuse or acute angles?
3️⃣ Examine side lengths - Are opposite sides equal? Are all sides equal?

Example 1: Identify the Shape
Look at these quadrilaterals and select the one that matches the description:

That's right! A rhombus has four equal sides but doesn't need to
have right angles.

sides but no right angles.
